All digital goods appear instantly as a downloadable item. You are responsible for downloading the item within 30 days of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, all physical copies of books are shipped via the United States Postal Service [USPS].

Items usually take 3-7 days to arrive, but may take longer. This is outside Odessa's control.

Shipping cost is already included in the purchase of your physical items.
