I purchased a digital item but can’t download it. What should I do now?
Book delivery is handled by Bookfunnel. If you are unable to download a book please reply to the email they sent you for assistance. Iff you cannot find the email simply log into bookfunnel.com with the email you used at checkout. The book you purchased should be in your library.
It should be noted that you have 14 days from the time of your purchase to download your ebook from BookFunnel.
If you input the wrong email during the checkout process send me an email and I will do my best to assist you.
Are your paperbacks signed?
Yes, all paperbacks are signed “Stay Kinky, Odessa Hywell,” unless otherwise requested. This includes special editions.
I know longer offer personalizations.
Do you ship internationally?
Because of new EU regulations, I cannot ship directly to you.
I can, however, order paperbacks from my print-on-demand service and they will be sent that way.
Books sent via my POD are not signed.
Do you offer Media Mail Shipping?
Yes, if you live in the United States of America [domestic] I offer media mail shipping based on the weight of your order/

When do physical goods ship?
I ship physical goods on Mondays at/around 11 AM CST excluding holidays.
If you order Sunday your package will be shipped the following Monday as altering my shipment pick up can cause delays.
Please allow a 2-4 week shipping delay for items labeled in stock from my end as life sometimes happens.
The book I want says backordered. Can I still order?
Yes. Absolutely. Back order simple means I’m waiting for a book shipment from my supplier to arrive, or I haven’t updated my supply list. It takes anywhere from four to six weeks for my print on demand company to print and ship paperbacks to me.
